Dana Steindorf ~ LAc, MSTOM, CMT

Dana is a licensed, Board Certified Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. She graduated summa cum laude from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, one of the most prestigious schools in the country, completing close to 4000 hours of training to receive her degree. Prior to obtaining her Master’s, she received a BA in Human Development with an emphasis in Health and Human Services. During her undergrad, she served as the health educator for the college and strongly believes in empowering and educating individuals to understand and participate in resolving any health issues they may face.  Having received training in both Eastern & Western medicine, she takes a very integrative approach to achieving wellness, addressing all aspects of health.  Truly holistic medicine, she treats the root of the disorder, balancing physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of disease.  She has a great understanding for the general “fear of needles” and is very gentle in her approach, working at a pace and level to generate both comfort and trust.  Dana came to this medicine through a love for nutrition, as well as an understanding of the impact that daily diet and lifestyle can have on a person’s well being.  Coupled with an 18 year practice in yoga and meditation, she believes in a balance between all aspects of the self to achieve ultimate wellness.  She considers herself to be a lifetime student and is always learning and keeping up with the latest research.

Sarah Sharp ~ B.A., Holistic Health Practitioner

Sarah's family had to convince her to receive her first massage in 2004. It went so well that she enrolled in massage school a few months later to learn more about the wonderful world of bodywork. Sarah has learned about health while working through high school and college as a Certified Nursing Assistant, an R.O.P. Athletic Trainer Assistant, and the Head Lifeguard at our very own Escondido Country Club. She earned her Holistic Health Practitioner certificate from the Academy of Professional Careers and is licensed in Escondido, San Marcos, and San Diego County. Her favorite subjects in school were anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology. Her favorite bodywork applications are: helping people find relief from chronic conditions, helping to restore peace of mind and a positive outlook on life. She does this through combinations of Swedish, Deep Tissue, mobility techniques, and flowing Reiki to soothe and energize your soul. She enjoys reading, Jazzercise, and working around the house with her husband.
